Tempere os filés com sal, Lemon peeper e o sumo do limão. 
O ideal é que os filés não estejamos muito finos.

Season the fillets with salt, lemon peeper and lemon juice.
Ideally, the fillets should not be too thin.

Aqueça uma frigideira funda, regue com o azeite e leve os filés para grelhar. Quando a frigideira estiver seca não coloque mais gordura apenas pingue um pouco de água nas laterais. Isso vai evitar dos filés queimarem ou ficarem crus por dentro, assim ficaram dourados e suculentos, repita o processo dois dois lados. Quando estiverem dourados dos dois lados, acrescente o molho de tomate no fundo da frigideira, pode acrescentar um pouquinho de água para ralear o molho, cubra os filés com queijo, sobreponha com as rodelas de tomate e acrescente o orégano. Tampe a frigideira e deixe em fogo baixo fervendo por uns 3 minutos até que o queijo derreta.

Heat a deep frying pan, drizzle with olive oil and place the fillets on the grill. When the frying pan is dry, do not add more fat, just drip a little water on the sides. This will prevent the fillets from burning or being raw inside, so they are golden and juicy, repeat the process on both sides. When they are golden on both sides, add the tomato sauce to the bottom of the skillet, you can add a little water to thin the sauce, cover the fillets with cheese, overlap with the tomato slices and add the oregano. Cover the skillet and leave it on low fire boiling for like 3 minutes until the cheese melts.
