- Boiled cassava (recipe in my profile)2 tablespoon
- Lettuce salad with tomato to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to taste
- Pitaya dessert1 unit(s)
- On a plate, place the shredded chicken seasoned with Lemon Pepper, the cooked mandioquinhas and fill half the plate with lettuce and tomato salad
- Season the salad with olive oil, salt and apple cider vinegar to taste (do not overdo it)
- Dessert: Purple or white Pitaya 😉
