- First remove excess fat from the shank, wash well.
- With a potuda knife, make several holes all over the shank so that the seasoning incorporates well.
- Put all the seasonings on the shank, then the wine, cover the vase with an aluminum paper and take it to the fridge and leave it for 24 hours.
- The next day remove the excess seasoning and with the meat tablets make a sauce in 1 liter of boiling water.
- Baste the shank and bake at 180°C, for each kilo of shank 1 hour and a half, always bathing with the sauce.
- After being soft inside remove the aluminum paper and leave for approximately 30 minutes.
- Lastly, remove the finished shank from the oven and serve warm.
