  1. First remove excess fat from the shank, wash well.
  2. With a potuda knife, make several holes all over the shank so that the seasoning incorporates well.
  3. Put all the seasonings on the shank, then the wine, cover the vase with an aluminum paper and take it to the fridge and leave it for 24 hours.
  4. The next day remove the excess seasoning and with the meat tablets make a sauce in 1 liter of boiling water.
  5. Baste the shank and bake at 180°C, for each kilo of shank 1 hour and a half, always bathing with the sauce.
  6. After being soft inside remove the aluminum paper and leave for approximately 30 minutes.
  7. Lastly, remove the finished shank from the oven and serve warm.
