- Garlic Sauce to taste
- Lemon to taste
- Salt to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Oil to taste
- Season the chicken thighs with the garlic sauce, salt, lemon and smoked paprika and leave to marinate for 20 minutes in the fridge.
- With 5 minutes left for the chicken to get seasoning, put oil in a deep pan, enough to cover the chicken.
- While the oil heats up Take the chicken pass the breadcrumbs and then the egg, do this 3 times, on each of the thighs.
- Once this is done, place the thighs in the oil and turn to bake all sides.
- When golden brown, place on paper towel to remove excess oil.
