  • Beaten egg2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Sauce to taste
  • Lemon to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Smoked paprika to taste
  • Breadcrumbs to taste
  • Oil to taste
  1. Season the chicken thighs with the garlic sauce, salt, lemon and smoked paprika and leave to marinate for 20 minutes in the fridge.
  2. With 5 minutes left for the chicken to get seasoning, put oil in a deep pan, enough to cover the chicken.
  3. While the oil heats up Take the chicken pass the breadcrumbs and then the egg, do this 3 times, on each of the thighs.
  4. Once this is done, place the thighs in the oil and turn to bake all sides.
  5. When golden brown, place on paper towel to remove excess oil.
