- Season the chicken fillet with paprika Lemon pepper lemon salt and black pepper
- Season the chickpea flour with salt, black pepper, paprika and lemon pepper
- Break the egg and beat it with a fork and also season with salt, black pepper, paprika and lemon pepper (seasoning all processes ensures that your parmigiana will be tastier)
