- I seasoned the thighs to taste, used the orange juice, put everything on the baking sheet, cut orange slices, added potatoes too, it was great as an accompaniment, and put it to bake. After roasting, I removed the aluminum foil and let it brown. It is wonderful, very succulent. And the potatoes are divine
