Thighs4 unit(s)
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Mustard1/4 cup
Ketchup1 tablespoon
Water1 tablespoon
Honey2 tablespoon
Fine herbs to taste

In a bowl, mix mustard, honey, water and ketchup.
Season the thighs with salt, pepper and fine herbs.
Spread half of the mustard and honey mixture on the thighs there, spreading evenly.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes.
Serve with the rest of the sauce.
