  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Green smell to taste
  • Chopped Pepper2 tablespoon
  • Tomato slices4 unit(s)
  • Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
  1. Mix the eggs with 1 pinch of salt just to break up the yolks. Reserve
  2. In a bowl, mix the sardines, onion and pepper. Also put k smell green, if you prefer
  3. In a frying pan, put some butter and pour the eggs to make the omelet.
  4. Turn to brown lightly on both sides, and place the sardine filling and tomato.
  5. Carefully fold the omelet and spread some butter on top. Enjoy your food!
