- Cook rice al dente in a separate pot.
- Cook the carrots and potatoes in another and let them cook al dente in salted water, then remove and pour cold water to stop the cooking.
- Season the thigh with garlic, black pepper, lemon, salt, and fry in a large pan.
- In the same pan that you fried the chicken, leave a little oil and fry the paprika, tomato paste and chicken broth and then pour boiling water to the extent before covering the chicken, let it cook until the broth thickens.
- Once ready, add the rice and vegetables already cooked, the green corn and chives and the tomato.
