- Corn Starch1 dessert spoon

- Water2 tablespoon
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and season with salt, lemon, vinegar and garlic to taste.
- Add the oil to a pan and wait for it to heat up well, then add the chicken without stirring.
- It will create a water, wait to dry and stir until golden
- Add 1 chopped red onion and wait for it to caramelize
- Add mustard and grated ginger
- Lastly, add the cornstarch diluted in 2 tablespoons of water and stir until you create a sauce that is not too thin and not too consistent.
