  • chicken breast500 g
  • Ginger to taste
  • Mustard2 tablespoon
  • Corn Starch1 dessert spoon
  • Red Onion2 unit(s)
  • Garlic to taste
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Water2 tablespoon
  1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and season with salt, lemon, vinegar and garlic to taste.
  2. Add the oil to a pan and wait for it to heat up well, then add the chicken without stirring.
  3. It will create a water, wait to dry and stir until golden
  4. Add 1 chopped red onion and wait for it to caramelize
  5. Add mustard and grated ginger
  6. Lastly, add the cornstarch diluted in 2 tablespoons of water and stir until you create a sauce that is not too thin and not too consistent.
  7. serve with white rice and make these petals with the leftover onion to make your dish more beautiful and decorated
