Meatballs Of Chicken

No processador colocar o frango e bacon e triturar bem.
Em um bowl colocar o frango triturado, o alho amassado, a cebola picada em cubos e os temperos. Misturar bem e deixar descansar por 30 minutos.
Depois fazer algumas bolinhas e colocar para assar até dourar.

Obs. Fiz um molho simples de Tomate para regar as almôndegas.

Place the chicken and bacon in the food processor and grind well.
In a bowl put the crushed chicken, the crushed garlic, the diced onion and the seasonings. Mix well and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Then make some balls and bake until golden.

Note I made a simple tomato sauce to drizzle the meatballs.
