  1. Cut the chicken into cubes and pass it through the food processor. (As I don't have a food processor, I crushed it in a blender), it works really well... Pour into a bowl and add the flour, egg and seasonings. Mix well, with your hands, until it becomes a firmer dough. Make balls using the palm of your hand. If necessary, wet your hands so it doesn't stick. In a non-stick skillet, with as little oil as possible, seal all sides of the balls. It's not for frying, just sealing. Once sealed, arrange the balls in a refractory and cover with the sauce of your choice. (In my case, I made it with homemade tomato sauce) Take it to the oven, when it starts to bubble, leave it for about 10 minutes and it's ready! After removing from the oven, sprinkle cheese on top!
