- Chicken breast cut into strips400 g
- Seedless chopped large tomato1 unit(s)
- Chopped fresh basil leaves20 unit(s)
- Squeezed Lime1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Season the chicken strips with half the basil, lemon, garlic, salt and pepper. Leave it in the fridge to get seasoning for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the chicken strips little by little. Reserve.
- In the same skillet, add some more olive oil and quickly sauté the tomato. Return the chicken strips to the skillet.
- Add the rest of the basil, mix and serve immediately.
