Lunch in one pot

Frite o alho no óleo e depois coloque o filé de frango temperado para dourar, até que ele frite por completo.

Retire o frango e na mesma panela despeje o arroz já lavado, a água, couve flor, as batatas e os temperos.

Deixe em fogo baixo até a água começar a secar e antes de terminar o processo, coloque as postas do frango frito por cima do arroz para que o mesmo seja servido quente.

Fry the garlic in the oil and then put the seasoned chicken fillet to brown, until it is completely fried.

Remove the chicken and in the same pan pour the washed rice, water, cauliflower, potatoes and seasonings.

Leave it on low heat until the water starts to dry and before finishing the process, place the fried chicken pieces on top of the rice so that it is served hot.
