  • Chicken breast300 g
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • White wine1/2 cup
  • Butter2 teaspoon
  • Sour cream1/2 cup
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Thyme1 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Cut the chicken breast into two scallops. Season with salt, pepper and half of the lemon zest. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Heat 1 teaspoon of butter over medium heat until golden brown. Place the scallops and the garlic clove with the peel and do not stir for approximately 7 min. Turn over and repeat the process. Remove the chicken and set aside. Discard the garlic, that little bit that is at the bottom of the skillet is precious for our recipe. Add the white wine and the thyme. Let it reduce by half, add 1 teaspoon of butter and lower the heat. Add the cream and the rest of the lemon zest. If you like, add a few drops of the juice. Check salt and pepper. Drizzle over the scallops and it's ready to serve!!
