- Lasagna pasta to taste
- Cooked and shredded chicken breast500 g
- Chicken cooking water1 cup
- Whole milk1 l
- Chopped Broccoli1 unit(s)
- Fresh peas150 g
- Fresh Sliced Champignon100 g
- Sliced Mozzarella Cheese300 g
- Grated Parmesan100 g
- Chopped Onion3/4 cup
- Minced garlic1 tablespoon
- unsalted butter3 tablespoon
- Wheat flour3 tablespoon
- Chopped chives1/2 cup
- Freshly grated nutmeg to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sliced ham150 g
- Start by preparing the white sauce: in a pan, brown the onion and garlic in the butter, add the wheat flour, mix until homogeneous and start adding the milk gradually, always stirring with the help of a fouet (wire whisk).
- Let it boil a little, adjust the salt and add the cooked shredded chicken and the champignons, cook for 5 minutes, add the broccoli, peas, chives, season with pepper, salt and nutmeg, let it cook for 1 minute, turn off the heat the fire and reserve.
- On a platter, start assembling the lasagna. Cover the bottom with sauce, put lasagna noodles, on top more sauce, another lasagna noodles, sauce, 1 layer of mozzarella, and 1 of ham, more sauce, lasagna noodles and so on, finally cover with sauce and sprinkle the grated parmesan.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 220ÂșC for about 40 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 5 minutes to brown the cheese on top.
