- Chicken breast cut into medium cubes200 g
- Fresh sliced Paris Mushroom1/4 cup
- Cashew Nut Milk1/2 cup
- Tomato sauce1/2 cup
- Dijon mustard1 teaspoon
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika and mustard.
- Heat the oil in a pan and grill the chicken cubes.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté well.
- Add the tomato sauce, salt and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the mushroom, the chestnut milk and cook until it starts to thicken, adjust the salt.
- Serve with white rice, straw potatoes and salad.
