- lemon juice to taste
- Vinegar to taste
- Vegetable oil1/2 cup
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Clove powder to taste
- Nutmeg to taste

- Clean the chicken keeping the skin, salt lightly. Book in the fridge
- Combine and process all other ingredients, place the chicken in an airtight container or bag and pour in the marinade ensuring all the protein is fully bathed in the mixture. Leave in the fridge for 2 to 12 hours for the chicken to absorb all the flavor and color of the seasonings.
- Place the chicken in the oven, frying pan or grill, when you see that it is browning, turn the sides so that it cooks and caramelizes evenly.
- When it is well cooked, add drops of lemon and serve immediately.
