  • Edu Guedes Seasoning1 tablespoon

  1. Take the wing clean and season with the dry spices. Add the onion, garlic, pepper, tomato and cilantro. Heat the oil in a pan and add the chicken, stirring constantly so it doesn't stick. Cooling very well. Add water to cover, let it cook for about 20 minutes. Cook the cassava or cassava in water with a tablespoon of salt for about 30 minutes or until very soft. While still warm, add the cooking water to the blender, if necessary add cold water. Then, pour manioc or liquefied cassava inside the wing that has been cooked for 20 minutes. Let it cook for another 20 minutes, adjusting the salt if necessary.
