Chicken breast500 g
Olive oil2 tablespoon
Onion1/2 unit(s)
Garlic3 unit(s)
Butter50 g
Wheat flour50 g
Milk500 ml
Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
Cooked rice2 cup
Peas1/2 cup
Mozzarella Cheese100 g
Straw Potato1 cup
Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
Parsley and Oregano to taste
Curry1 teaspoon

Cut the chicken breast into cubes and season with salt, pepper and curry powder. In a skillet, add the olive oil, let it heat up and then sauté the onion first and then the garlic. Add the chicken and let it brown well. Reserve.
Bechamel sauce In a pan add the butter and wheat. With a wire whisk, mix for 2 minutes. Add the milk, stirring constantly. Add the curd and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Add the chicken to the béchamel sauce. Then add the cooked rice, peas and chopped parsley.
Take the mixture to a refractory, cover with the grated mozzarella and oregano to taste. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to brown.
Remove from the oven, cover with potato straw and serve!
