- Boneless chicken breast500 g
- Natural Greek Yogurt80 g
- Dehydrated Onion and Garlic1 teaspoon
- Salt and green smell to taste
- Rice flour1/2 cup
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Oat flakes1 cup
- Flaxseed Flour1/2 cup
- Black sesame1/4 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- paprika1 coffee spoon
- Lemon Pepper1 coffee spoon
- Olive oil1 to taste
- In a food processor, combine the chicken, yogurt and seasonings and blend until smooth.
- Shape the nuguets, pass through the rice flour and then into the beaten egg.
- And finally, pass the wholemeal flour mix (add the oatmeal, flour, sesame and seasonings.
- Place the nuguets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle with oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
