Chicken heart500 g
soy sauce1/4 cup
Cachaça2 tablespoon
Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
White onion cut into medium pieces1 cup
Wooden skewers for skewers8 unit(s)

Season the hearts with soy sauce, cachaça and garlic and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Skewer the hearts on the skewer alternating with the onion pieces.
Bake on the grill or air fryer for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.
