  • Chicken fillet3 unit(s)
  • Ready-to-drink tapioca gum4 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Coconut milk1 unit(s)
  • Sicilian lemon juice2 tablespoon
  • Parsley2 tablespoon
  • Sicilian lemon zest to taste
  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Mix the Parmesan with the tapioca and coat the chicken in this mixture.
  3. Heat a skillet, add butter and brown the chicken on both sides.
  4. Reserve the chicken. With the pan still dirty, add the chopped onion and brown it. Add the coconut milk and add the lemon juice.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet in this sauce. Add the parsley and finish with lemon zest.
