- Ready-to-drink tapioca gum4 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Coconut milk1 unit(s)
- Sicilian lemon juice2 tablespoon
- Parsley2 tablespoon
- Sicilian lemon zest to taste
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Mix the Parmesan with the tapioca and coat the chicken in this mixture.
- Heat a skillet, add butter and brown the chicken on both sides.
- Reserve the chicken. With the pan still dirty, add the chopped onion and brown it. Add the coconut milk and add the lemon juice.
- Return the chicken to the skillet in this sauce. Add the parsley and finish with lemon zest.
