  • Preferably organic sassami chicken fillet500 g
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tablespoon
  • Turmeric Powder1 tablespoon
  • Smoked paprika1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Apple Cider Vinegar2 tablespoon
  • Oregano to taste
  1. In a bowl, place the cleaned and skinless fillets.
  2. Start by adding the oil and vinegar.
  3. Season with salt, smoked paprika and saffron and let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat a nonstick skillet
  5. Add the fillets and let them brown.
  6. Turn it aside and wait for it to brown well and turn off the heat.
  7. Add the oregano and serve immediately 😋
