Grilled Chicken with Okra Chips

  • Okra8 unit(s)
  • Smoked paprika to taste
  • Sweet paprika to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Fried garlic to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Orange juice1 unit(s)
  1. Cut the okra in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and dry the units well. In a non-stick roast, spread the cut halves, drizzle with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt and black pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until crispy.
  2. Season the chicken fillets with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, fried garlic, orange juice and rosemary. Then grill in a hot skillet with a drizzle of oil or olive oil.
  3. As it forms a golden crust at the bottom of the pan, slowly add water, scraping the fillets and incorporating them into the sauce formed. Repeat the process three times or until the fillets are golden brown.
  4. Serve the fillets with okra chips and side dishes of your choice.
