- Chicken breast fillet150 g
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Lime Juice1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Watercress leaves2/3 cup
- Sliced carrot cooked al dente1/3 cup
- Baroa potatoes in slices cooked al dente1/3 cup
- Chopped green beans cooked al dente1/3 cup
- Black Sesame to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Season the chicken with the lemon, garlic, salt and pepper. Let it get seasoning for at least 15 minutes.
- In a non-stick frying pan, heat the olive oil and grill the chicken fillet until it is cooked and well browned.
- Place the chicken on a plate, along with the cooked vegetables and watercress.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the vegetables and drizzle with olive oil.
