Chicken fillet

I started by seasoning the chicken fillets.


Coloquei alho picado , pimenta do reino e o colorau . Coloquei o sal e misture bem para pegar o tempero. 

I put chopped garlic, black pepper and paprika. Add salt and mix well to get the seasoning.

Agora em uma frigideira grande coloquei o óleo. E deixe esquentar 

Now put the oil in a large skillet. and let it warm up

Coloque os filé de frango e deixei grelhar por uns 5 minutos de cada lado depois e só servir como preferir 

Put the chicken fillets and let it grill for about 5 minutes on each side and only serve as you prefer.
