Na hora de grelhar coloco um fio de azeite e os filés,não fico mexendo,quando estiver no ponto viro os lados, acrescento cebola e 1 uma colher de sopa de manteiga (pode ser margarina) vai dar um toque especial e deixar ainda mais suculento seu filé e prontinho😋⁣

When grilling, I put a drizzle of olive oil and the fillets, I don't keep stirring, when it's ready, I turn the sides, add onion and 1 tablespoon of butter (it can be margarine) it will give a special touch and make it even more juicy your fillet is ready 😋⁣
