- Chopped gizzard300 g
- Cooked rice2 cup
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Chopped chili pepper1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- Chopped chives to taste
- Season the gizzard with salt, pepper and paprika.
- In a pan put oil and the gizzard, sauté. Then add the onion and pepper. saute
- Add water to cover the gizzard and cover the pan. Let it cook until soft, if necessary add more water.
- When it is cooked and with the reduced broth, add the rice, the tomato and mix. Then put the butter, lemon juice mix well and finish with chopped chives.
