Homemade tomato sauce (or your choice)

Water (approx.)

Seasonings: salt, garlic, onion, smoked paprika, parsley, chives

Functional Chicken Stroganoff

Refogue o alho e a cebola sal(qb). Acrescente  a páprica e a água e deixe cozinha ao ponto macio. Acrecente o molho e a biomassa e deixe encorpar. Acrescente os cogumelos e deixe ferver por mais 5 min. Finalize com a salsinha e cebolinha. 

Saute garlic and onion with salt (qb). Add the paprika and water and let it cook to a soft point. Add the sauce and the biomass and let it thicken. Add the mushrooms and let it boil for another 5 minutes. Finish with parsley and chives.
