- Diced chicken500 g
- Banana biomass250 g
- Mushrooms Paris100 g
- Homemade tomato sauce (or your choice)100 ml
- Water (approx.)200 ml
- Seasonings: salt, garlic, onion, smoked paprika, parsley, chives to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Saute garlic and onion with salt (qb). Add the paprika and water and let it cook to a soft point. Add the sauce and the biomass and let it thicken. Add the mushrooms and let it boil for another 5 minutes. Finish with parsley and chives.
