Misture tudo e bata no mixer ou liquidificador;

Garam Masala
Mix everything and hit the mixer or blender;

Para o Frango
Aqueça uma panela com 1 fio de azeite e manteiga;
Doure a cebola e o gengibre picados. Deixe refogar;
Pique o frango em cubinhos, adicione na panela e deixe dourar;
Adicione o tomate picadinho e deixe refogar um pouco até soltar a água do tomate;

for the chicken
Heat a pan with 1 tsp of oil and butter;
Fry the chopped onion and ginger. Let it braise;
Chop the chicken into cubes, add to the pan and let it brown;
Add the chopped tomato and let it sauté a little until the tomato water is released;

Acrescente o leite de coco, o creme de leite, o curry indiano, o açafrão da terra e o Garam Masala;
Deixe cozinhar até o frango estar macio, acerte o sal e finalize com cheiro verde;

Add coconut milk, cream, Indian curry, turmeric and Garam Masala;
Let it cook until the chicken is soft, adjust the salt and finish with the green smell;
