  • Coxinha1 kg
  • Beef Sazon2 unit(s)
  • Garlic and salt1 dessert spoon
  • Cumin1 teaspoon
  • Dye1 dessert spoon
  • Soy sauce4 tablespoon
  • Oil (fry)1 to taste
  1. Wash, treat the drumsticks
  2. Place in a bowl and add the sazon, cumin, food coloring, soy sauce and garlic and salt.
  3. Mix well and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Put the oil to heat in a frying pan and when it is very hot put the drumsticks little by little until golden.
  5. Place on paper towel to remove excess oil and serve.
