- Crushed garlic (cloves)4 unit(s)
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Bahia seasoning1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Oil500 ml
- Pickles canned1 unit(s)
- Pickled Carrots1/2 unit(s)
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
- Chopped chives1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 coffee spoon
- Clean the chicken pieces
- In a bowl, place the seasonings, the crushed garlic, and the chicken pieces, add the salt and lemon juice, mix well!
- Let it set aside to get flavor for about 30 minutes.
- In a pan that is high (oil rises when you put the chicken in) pour the oil and then the chicken pieces, it has to be in the cold oil.
- Let it fry with the pan covered to avoid splashing hot oil.
- After drying the water the chicken will release it will start to fry.
- Stir to turn the sides so they are all golden, for about 20 minutes, remove and place on a plate with paper towels.
- Tartar sauce: finely chop the pickles, carrots and chives
- Place in a bowl, add the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar and lemon juice and mix well. Serve with the chicken
- This sauce is delicious and goes well with fried chicken, fish, a portion of onion pepperoni.....
