- Chumichuri to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar to taste
- Boiled Cassava Butter1 teaspoon
- Season the chicken pieces in a bowl with the chumichuri salt, minced garlic and vinegar overnight and leave to marinate in the fridge.
- Heat the air fryer for 5 minutes and then add the chicken pieces side by side in the hair fryer and leave for 20 minutes and turn to brown on both sides, meanwhile heat a frying pan, add the butter and fry the cassava to accompany the chicken that it's browning in the hair fryer
- Serve the fried chicken with cassava and a green salad
