- Red Sazon, Black Pepper and Salt1 to taste
- Squeezed lemon1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- I took the chicken fillet and put it in a pot for seasoning.
- I put the minced garlic, black pepper, salt and the optional red sazon. I mixed well for the fillets to get the seasoning.
- I let it rest for 20 minutes to get more flavor.
- Then in a frying pan that doesn't stick I put a little oil and let it warm up. Add the fillets and fry over low heat. On both sides until well fried. And then just serve as you want. simple and fast
