- I started by washing the chicken and letting the water drain.
- Now put the chicken in a bowl and season it. With salt, pepper and oregano. Mix well and squeeze the lemon.
- I let it rest for about 20 minutes.
- Then I took a pan and put oil and let it heat up. Add the chicken and leave the fried chicken with the pan covered.
- After it browns on one side, turn and fry on the other side. Then I removed the fat and let it drain. and serve
