- White rice2 cup
- Free-range chicken500 g
- Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Large chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Pinch of saffron1 unit(s)
- Pepper and green smell to taste
- Oil2 tablespoon
- In a pan put the oil, onion and garlic until fry.
- Add the chicken and salt to taste.
- Saute the chicken until browned.
- Add rice and saffron. Shake well.
- Add water until everything is covered.
- Cover the pan and let it cook.
- After drying, add water again. The rice needs to be very fluffy.
- When the water dries, mix well so the chicken is evenly distributed.
- It's ready, just serve!!
