- Salt, paprika, cumin and black pepper to taste
- I boil the chicken in water and a few drops of vinegar, let it boil for about 3 minutes, remove all the water
- Seasoned with garlic, onion, tomato, pepper, paprika, Coloral, black pepper, salt and cumin
- Sauté the chicken with the spices until it starts to fry
- Put water to cover it, then let it cook on pressure for 15 minutes
- Remove the pressure, adjust the seasoning, add coriander and serve
