- Chicken breast cut into medium cubes250 g
- Well-cooked and processed cauliflower1/2 cup
- Homemade tomato sauce1/2 cup
- Yellow Mustard1 teaspoon
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Minced Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Green Spice to taste
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic and onion.
- Add the chicken and cook, season with mustard, salt and pepper.
- Add the tomato sauce and cauliflower puree and mix.
- Add a little hot water if needed and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Adjust the salt and finish with the green seasoning.
