- Skinless and boneless chicken breast300 g
- Coarsely chopped onion0.5 cup
- Coarsely chopped garlic1 tablespoon
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Ground cumin1 coffee spoon
- Chopped green seasoning1 tablespoon
- Squeezed Tahiti Lemon1 dessert spoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Brown rice flour or oat flakes to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Place all ingredients in food processor (except olive oil and flour/oatmeal). Beat until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Transfer the dough to a container, add the rice flour or oatmeal little by little until you get a rolling point.
- Make the balls with your hands always greased with olive oil.
- Arrange the meatballs on a non-stick baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC for about 25 minutes.
- Suggestion: serve with homemade tomato sauce on top accompanied by the pasta of your choice.
