  • minced garlic cloves2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • beaten eggs3 unit(s)
  • milk3 tablespoon
  • wheat flour2 teaspoon
  • from breadcrumbs flour3 teaspoon
  • Oil for frying to taste
  • olive oil3 tablespoon
  • grated onion1 unit(s)
  • tomato sauce3 cup
  • pinch of sugar1 to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • chopped parsley1/2 cup
  • grated mozzarella2 cup
  1. Season the chicken with the garlic, salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the milk. Dip each fillet in wheat flour, then in eggs with milk and finally in breadcrumbs.
  2. Fry in hot oil until golden. Reserve.
  3. In a pan, sauté the onion in olive oil, add the tomato sauce, sugar, salt and leave on low heat for 10 minutes. Finish with the parsley. Place the fillets in a refractory. Put the sauce on top, and spread the mozzarella.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 10 minutes.
