- Mozzarella cheese cut into cubes1/2 cup
- Diced seedless tomato1/2 cup
- Raisins1/4 cup
- Chopped pickled cucumber1/3 cup
- Chopped canned hearts of palm1/3 cup
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Chopped Parsley1 tablespoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Mix all ingredients well until smooth.
