  • Squeezed lemon1/2 unit(s)
  1. On a plate, place the cooked brown rice and the seasoned shredded chicken.
  2. Make a lettuce and tomato salad and season with a little salt, extra virgin olive oil and squeezed lemon.
  3. Fill more than half of the plate with this salad and serve the purple Pitaya for dessert 😉
