- Chicken fillet1/2 kg
- Seasoning to taste to taste
- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Water1/2 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Panko flour or breadcrumbs3 cup
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Mozzarella100 g
- Season the chicken fillets with your favorite seasonings. Reserve.
- In a vase, mix the egg, water, wheat flour and salt and mix until you form a homogeneous smoothie.
- Dip the reserved chicken fillets in this batter and coat them in panko flour or breadcrumbs.
- Fry the fillets in hot oil until golden.
- Spread the already fried fillets on a baking sheet, cover them with tomato sauce and top with mozzarella.
- Take it to the oven to gratin.
- Serve with rice and fries, it's wonderful!
