  • Chicken fillet1/2 kg
  • Seasoning to taste to taste
  • Wheat Flour1 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Panko flour or breadcrumbs3 cup
  • Tomato sauce1 cup
  • Mozzarella100 g
  1. Season the chicken fillets with your favorite seasonings. Reserve.
  2. In a vase, mix the egg, water, wheat flour and salt and mix until you form a homogeneous smoothie.
  3. Dip the reserved chicken fillets in this batter and coat them in panko flour or breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry the fillets in hot oil until golden.
  5. Spread the already fried fillets on a baking sheet, cover them with tomato sauce and top with mozzarella.
  6. Take it to the oven to gratin.
  7. Serve with rice and fries, it's wonderful!
