- Chimichurri to taste
- Put a drizzle of oil and sugar in a pan to burn. Then add the chicken and let it cook.
- After the chicken is fried, add the salt and chimichurri.
- Then add the tomato, onion, green seasoning and finely chopped garlic.
- Let it all cook and add water little by little just so it doesn't stick.
- Serve with rice and salad.
