  • Skinless boneless drumsticks, diced900 g
  • Macerated Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Salt12 g
  • Black pepper1/2 coffee spoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • White Vinegar1 tablespoon
  • Sliced carrots2 unit(s)
  • Mini onions300 g
  • Dry white wine200 ml
  • Hot water0 to taste
  • Parsley1/2 cup
  1. Season the chicken with garlic, salt, pepper and vinegar.
  2. Heat the pan put the olive oil and brown the chicken.
  3. Put the onions, carrots and sauté well.
  4. Add the wine and let it evaporate.
  5. Add hot water and cook over low heat, repeat the process until the vegetables are soft.
  6. Let the sauce find out - sprinkle chopped parsley.
  7. Serve with white rice and potato chips.
