- In a pressure cooker, put the garlic, onion, tomato, mixed seasoning to give that golden
- after browning put the chicken breast cover with water and put it to cook
- In the blender, put 1 can of corn, the cream and the cream cheese to beat
- mix the other can of Corn with the cream and set aside
- After the chicken is ready, shred it but don't get rid of all the broth because a part of the broth you will add to the cream to give it more flavor
- Then mix the chicken together with the cream and add one or two ladles of the broth depending on how your cream is if it got too thick put 2 ladles if you don't put just one or you don't need it and optional
- Then on a tray or refractory you will pour half of this mixture you will put a layer of mozzarella there on top pour the rest put another layer of mozzarella and take it to the oven to give a gratin and our Sunday lunch is ready
