- Cook the chicken with water, salt and 2 cloves of garlic. Allow to cool, coarsely shred and set aside. Chop the onion, the remaining garlic clove and sauté. Add paprika, stirring until dissolved. Sauté the shredded chicken. Add the cooking broth and let it cook for about 5 minutes over low heat. In a refractory spread the cottage cheese, the braised chicken, the mozzarella and cover with the straw.
